We ship internationally and domestically via USPS. Free domesitc shipping!
International customers are responsible for Duties and Taxes.

If you choose to return your item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting: email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
If you do not obtain a RA#, your package will be refused. Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway, the item will NOT be accepted back.
Once we have received your Return Request, we will email you with the shipping address and Return Authorization Number.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise.
Please note that all of our jewelry is made by hand, so slight irregularities are part of the design and should be expected. Each stone is cut by hand, so there might be a slight variation from what is depicted in the product photography.
Sale and special orders cannot be returned and are final sale. All sale items are not returnable and special orders as marked on product if applicable. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All sales outside continental USA are Final.
Please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return and/or any exchange request. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of merchandise.
